On July 1st, 2020 the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) replaced the 26-year-old North American Trade Agreement (NAFTA) governing all trade within North America. This trade agreement – negotiated by the governments of the United States, Mexico and Canada – is intended to mutually benefit and support North American workers, farmers, businesses and ranchers through the use of fair and reciprocal trade.

In response to the State of Connecticut's lifted workplace restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic,
BTX Global Logistics is pleased to announce that our personnel are back at the company's Corporate Headquarters in Shelton, Conn., as of July 6th. BTX was fortunate enough to be among businesses deemed essential throughout the pandemic with limited staff working out of its various warehouses and office locations throughout North America and many of its employees working remotely from March through June.

International Women’s Month, celebrated annually in March, is a collective time to honor the vital roles women have played throughout history in society and in the workplace. This is a special moment for BTX Global Logistics, a worldwide shipping and logistics organization, to shine a light on all of the working women in the supply chain and logistics industry. In a traditionally male-dominated industry, BTX is proud to report that it has twice the amount of women in leadership than the national industry average.

This past weekend the No. 0 BTX Global Logistics Chevrolet, driven by BJ McLeod of JD Motorsports, finished 13th in the NASCAR Xfinity Series’ opening race in Daytona Beach, Florida.

BTX Global Logistics, a worldwide shipping and logistics organization, has recently expanded its Customs Brokerage service offerings and recruited industry-veteran Scott Stoppa to lead its in-house Brokerage division.
