BTX Global Logistics, a worldwide provider of shipping and logistics services for heavyweight freight known for its customer-centric approach to service and its advanced technology, is pleased to announce the opening of its newest branch in the Texas area — BTX-McAllen (BTX-MFE).

The grand opening of the 72,000 square-foot BTX-McAllen facility was celebrated on September 28th with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Pharr, TX. BTX-McAllen owners Rene Lopez II and Sameer Wadhwani, members of the local community, the Greater Pharr Chamber of Commerce, and President and CEO of the Pharr Economic Development Corp. Victor Perez were in attendance.

The BTX-MFE team of logistics professionals will focus on expedited air freight, ocean shipping, transborder transportation and automotive logistics.

"We are open and ready to provide the best freight service options to anyone who needs transportation and logistics help or simply wants to try a new option," said Lopez II, CEO of BTX Global Logistics MFE. "Our proximity to Mexico allows us to offer fast transborder and customs clearance services in addition to BTX's core services. We look forward to growing with BTX."

BTX’s extensive suite of services also includes ecommerce, ground freight, white glove, aerospace/aviation logistics, retail distribution, trade show, warehousing and fulfillment. The BTX-McAllen facility is fully equipped with cross-dock and warehousing capabilities to facilitate the execution of these services.
